Context
A strategy to modernize and amplify the community leisure offering.
Established in 1988, Loisirs Sainte-Rose has become a key player in the social fabric of Laval, offering a rich and diverse program to residents of the Sainte-Rose and Fabreville sectors. This non-profit organization, managed by a board of directors and a dedicated team, has contributed to the well-being of Laval families for nearly four decades.
The organization offers a full range of activities for all ages, centred around three fundamental objectives: learning, moving, and sharing. From language courses to sports activities, martial arts, dance, wellness, and artistic pursuits, Loisirs Sainte-Rose meets the diverse needs of its community.

Challenges
After nearly 40 years of existence, Loisirs Sainte-Rose faced significant challenges of repositioning and modernization. The organization was operating in a competitive environment where families’ expectations regarding leisure and community activities were constantly evolving, particularly with the emergence of new trends and the impact of digital technologies.
It was essential to rethink the brand identity to better reflect the diversity and modernity of the current offering, while preserving the authenticity and family-oriented approach that have characterized the organization since its beginnings. The existing communication did not adequately highlight the breadth of the programming nor simplify the registration process for interested families.
In addition, with the growth of the Sainte-Rose and Fabreville sectors, the organization wanted to increase its visibility among new residents and optimize its registration processes to meet growing demand. A modern digital presence was needed to make information more accessible, simplify seasonal registrations, and highlight the expertise of the animation team.
Another challenge was to clearly position Loisirs Sainte-Rose as the preferred partner for Laval families seeking leisure activities, by effectively communicating the quality, accessibility, and proximity of its offering.

Solutions
To address these modernization and growth challenges, we deployed a comprehensive strategic approach. We first carried out an in-depth analysis of the community leisure market in Laval and of the competitive positioning. This strategic planning made it possible to identify differentiation opportunities and define a communication strategy that highlights the unique experience offered by Loisirs Sainte-Rose.
A new dynamic and modern visual identity was developed to reflect the diversity of activities offered while preserving the family-oriented and accessible spirit of the organization. This renewed brand image visually conveys the philosophy “Learn, Move, Share” and positions the organization as a modern and essential player in family leisure in Laval.
The complete redesign of the website became the cornerstone of this digital transformation. The new platform optimizes the user experience by making it easier to discover activities by category, simplifying the seasonal registration process, and showcasing the richness of the programming. The intuitive architecture now effectively guides families towards activities adapted to their needs and schedules, while integrating a high-performing registration management system.
Thanks to this comprehensive strategic approach, Loisirs Sainte-Rose now has a modern identity, a high-performing digital ecosystem, and enhanced visibility that effectively support its community mission and strengthen its positioning as a reference in family leisure in the Sainte-Rose and Fabreville sectors.
