Context
Create a new brand image for a real estate project in the heart of the Laurentian countryside.
Started in Gore in 1990, the Domaine Lakefield housing project aims to create an inspiring habitat where respect for nature is the cornerstone of a vibrant community. Recently acquired by Groupe GSLL Inc., the new developer wanted to enhance the site while maintaining the original philosophy of offering land for the construction of primary and secondary residences. Lakefield Estates offers wooded lots in the heart of nature with access to the surrounding lakes. It is the ideal location for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.
Challenges
Having already developed communications and promotional tools for its project, the promoter wanted to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of its tools, with a view to making them the basis for its future communications endeavours.
The objective is to effectively promote the project to the target clientele in order to maximize the value and return on investment of the communications efforts that will be made.

Solutions
King Communications repositioned Lakefield Estates in order to increase the notoriety and credibility of the real estate project with numerous potential clients.
In addition, King Communications developed a new visual identity that is more current and reflects the essence of the real estate project. The new logo is accompanied by a new advertising positioning slogan “A natural living environment” which supports the project’s primary asset, namely the accessibility of nature. The new creative platform was designed and deployed, among other things, with signs on the property to facilitate direction signage.
King Communications also redesigned the Lakefield Estates website to demonstrate the accessibility of nature and the outdoor activities that the project offers to active lifestyle enthusiasts. Since nature is at the heart of the estate, it was important to demonstrate the developer’s desire to preserve the natural spirit of the site and cohabitation between the ecosystems and inhabitants.
To promote the visibility and credibility of the real estate project, the imagery of the web platforms was standardized. In order to meet the objectives and increase the visibility of the target market, Facebook Ads and Google Ads digital campaigns as well as media placement purchases were carried out.
