SOS Fondue was established a few years ago in Val-David, in the Laurentians. It specializes in the preparation of cheese fondue according to Swiss recipes, mostly lactose and gluten free. The company also offers fondue accessories as well as Smily brand fine chocolates. These authentic and tasty products are available at the workshop boutique, but also at points of sale in the major regions of Quebec.
Challenges
SOS Fondue currently has the capacity to significantly increase its production. At the same time, the company wishes to review its positioning and marketing actions in order to increase its sales volume.
